Former international student who worked in ISSS and helped international students adjust in the U.S. Felix also managed a study abroad company where he helped Ghanaians apply to universities abroad. He worked nearly a decade in software engineering and data analytics.

Adam brings over 19 years of experience across sales, entrepreneurship, tech, public speaking, and HR. He serves as Senior Director of Belonging & Impact (B&I) and B&I HR Business Partner, helping drive talent attraction, retention, and development.

High School Counselor Engagement Lead
With over 8 years of experience in international education and student recruitment, Cassandra brings deep expertise in guiding students from high school to higher education. She leads CLA360’s counselor engagement strategy, ensuring transparency and trust.

AI & Machine Learning Advisor
Nicholas holds degrees from Yale and the University of Chicago. At CLA360, he works on our Large Language Model roadmap, providing insights that make our AI not only smart, but ethical and deeply aligned with our mission.
